这个型号的荣耀magic6pro，用户获取oaid时会报错

我自己使用testin云真机使用同型号手机测试就是正常的。
后来我又给项目添加了荣耀的sdk依赖，testin测试还是正常，用户那还是获取失败。
最后测试用荣耀的sdk去获取oaid，用户那边才获取成功，就很奇怪
