No way to add subdecks in Sidebar

@eMerzh can we have a way to add subdecks from the sidebar?

Maybe a little plus that appears if you hover over a deck?

I was thinking about having drag & drop of deck in the sidebar ...
especially now that you've bring a d&d lib... but i need to figureout the deck parenting operation first ...
and maybe that could solve it?
like you create a deck at top level then drop it back where you need it ...
(it's like an additional operation, but not a big deal)

Sounds like a good way to do it.

I chose hello-pangea/dnd as a dnd solution as I saw an example from the Mantine creator so I thought it should integrate somewhat well.

I do not plan on removing the button in DeckView, but now that it is a bit more hidden and you could do most things in the sidebar it would make sense to have that option there
