Match and replace citations from h2oGPTe response #229

Summary
We currently delete all citations from the h2oGPTe response rather than replacing them with the proper link.
Details
Citation blocks ([citation:X]) replace links when we use the /chats/{session_id}/completions with stream: true option. The mapping of the citation to the original URL is not available through the API. The closest endpoint is /messages/{message_id}/references however this only returns references to documents in the collection. May need support from the product team before we can progress with implementing this properly.
