Interactive Video video player crashes after saving progress

Interactive features such as the video player, questions and other interactions are lost after the resume feature is triggered, i.e. if page is refreshed or after submitting scores and going back to the content.

We use the plugin in Moodle 4.1 and have recorded a video of what this behavior looks like here:
