Hi I tried the extension but then I uninstalled it, emptied all caches and cache folders. Still, all images of the webpage still have pagespeed code. Something like this: /user_upload/Images/my_image.png.pagespeed.ce.nw32gUxxxx.png. How can I get rid of this extra code? Typo3 10.4

To me it looks like the pagespeed module of the webserver (available for apache and nginx):
