Problem witch scheduler

page-speed-insights 3.0,0
In page properties i see new tab Pagee speed insights, but when i try to add new scheduler task i didn`t see in "Schedulable Command." command: pagespeedinsights:run. What is wrong?

Looks like the registration of the command must be moved to the Services.yaml for TYPO3 11

See #19. There is already a Pull Request for this. But nothing happens there for the last 2 years.
