Build Landing Page

Follow the figma linked below to build the map page. All scaling should be dynamic to fit with any phone size. Build a page to divert between mentor login and hacker login. The login as mentor button should bring you to the second page, the "continue as hacker" button should bring you to the main app. This page should pop up each time you reopen the app. After a mentor has logged in it should pop them to the rest of the app.

You do not need to link to the page for now, include screenshots of the completed page in a reply to this issue when completed.
