Desktop NavBar Sizing

Right now the desktop NavBar seems to be a fixed size. On different screen sizes (when it gets much larger or much smaller), this should ideally dynamically resize to fit the screen better. Mobile is a different navbar so should not need any adjustment. Troubleshoot how to do this, and then fix the issue. Make sure to branch off from the current main.
