Create image proxy service

Clients should not be fetching images from arbitrary sources.

Upon link submission, we should;

1. Fetch the image
2. Resize it to a standard resolution.
3. Serve it from Cloudflare Images or something.
4. Instead of storing the link, store the cdn slug 🐌
