Add link to github repo link

Typically in footer, provide a link (icon) to the github repo to make it easier for people to "join" the project.

I haven't kept working on this issue because we need someone responsible for managing the Statusboard, and I don't believe I have sufficient time. If you disagree with this, #121 should be good to go except for a visual bug that occurs when the projects in the /projects table are loading. I think we need the body (or content "body") to have a min-height the size of the view-port. If you believe this is worth continuing on before congress, I can elaborate on what the bug is and what I believe is needed to fix it. (or we can include the PR with the bug still there)

Saw the preview, yep, thought something like that, maybe less "prominent" (font here seems large) and not sure how it could work with the pagination.

The font size should be the default one. The location is always below everything so there shouldn't be any issues with pagination.
