A UI something like this with only ANDs

Criteria would be

Tag: Tag within [ list of tags ] [ CfA Priority Area v] [ Topic v ] [ Clear ]
Issues: At least [ 1 ] issue(s) [ closed / opened ] within the last [ 30 ] days
Commits: At least [ 1 ] issue(s) within the last [ 30 ] days
Technologies: Technology includes one of: [ list of technologies ] 
Pull requests: At least [1] pull request(s) within the last [ 30 ] days
Only CfA Projects: Only CfA Projects
