Improve UI for organizations field

Current behavior: If you type a partial organization name and then leave the field the partial name will stay there, even though query is by complete organization name. If you select an organization name, move to another field, then focus on organization to try a different organization, it only shows the selected organization in the select list. You have to highlight the field and delete it.

New behavior: If you type a partial name and leave, blank out the organization name. If you select an organization, move to a different field, and then focus on the organization name or click on the drop down, highlight the whole organization if possible, else figure something else out.
