Overview

DRAFT

Content - UXR Research request issue.

Handover from Content to Research

Key term “declaration” needs follow-up research to clarify accessibility and contextual use of the term. Now that we know the legally correct term, Content requests follow-up contextual research that takes into account accessibility, legal jargon, and legal literacy.

As a first step, Content is correcting “declaration letter” to the legally correct term: “declaration” site wide.
This issue is step 2.
Step 3 is discussion and implementation of any results by the Content team, and potentially further research and so on.

Action Items

  • Discuss between teams, hand over research needs/requests
  • UXR create research plan
  • UXR please fill in the rest
  • [ ]
  • Handover results to Content

Resources/Notes

See previous issue #1356
Declaration is being implemented as a for-now solution in #1630, but needs follow up research for clarification
