Should pressing "Map" while on the map reset the map position?

I think the user needs a way to backout to the initial map view given so they can easily look around town without having to zoom out and re-position themselves. Currently the Map link does nothing while on the map, and you have to refresh the entire page for it to reset position. If maps are loading particularly slow that day, that could be annoying.

I think this is a partial fix. I think this should also be an icon by the zoom buttons, but the lack of designer in me can't figure what would suit the idea best. Perhaps the standard refresh circular-arrow-thingy?
