Synchronize Server Admin Lists

Both the main site (http://acm.case.edu/) and server page (http://acm.case.edu/acm/servers) are out of sync with what I can only assume is a more current list of people with administrative authority in the server docs (https://git.case.edu/hacsoc/infra/tree/master/docs#people, Case SSO required no longer required).

Please update the world-facing documentation as appropriate, such as by changing contact info on the ACM site, linking to an authoritative single-source page for a complete list, or maintaining a mailing list for contacting appropriate groups of administrators.
