The application is currently not tested, and it should change.

How to do it? We'll discuss it after HUPO.

Scenarios to be tested:

multiple protein data files (as described in Fix datafile issues #73)
different peptides between states (as described in Fix datafile issues #73)
proper updates of inputs
download of the deuterium uptake curves (folder/file)
