Add support to filter Mac address

With disconnect option also add option to filter the Mac address and add to list "allow all except listed"

Not sure if it fits the app since i think its not a common scenario to ban certain mac and if so there should also be a list of banned mac addresses so you can remove a ban.

I was thinking of this app will be all in one solution of every essential functionality of luci but it's your call :)
