Saving by shortcut confusing

When saving a inline module using the keyboard shortcut can be confusing because a field inside the module has to have focus in order to invoke the actual save action. This can be unintuitive for editors which don't know and understand that this is just a nested iframe.

This behaviour is quite similar to the one of structure fields where double saving has been annoying, too.

What we should do:

• improve the focus styling of the modules
• think about automatically saving the modules as well when saving the outer page

This looks like one page so it should behave like a single one, too.
