  • Attributed speeches
    • First with oirpersonid from source as temp measure
    • Then change to kildarestreet member_id
  • Speech items from non-members or witnesses (speaker="unknown")
  • Replace not-really-HTML elements within speeches (eg <summary>)
  • <table>s within speeches or answers
  • tag speeches as answers if last item was a question
  • Akosa Ntoso <summary> items rendered as <speech nospeaker="true">

Procedural text and HTML-within-speeches (<i>, <table>, etc) fixed in e77d3a0

Subitems of minorheadings now also rendered
