Decrease size of plugin jar

Currently, Shadow Jar is used to pull in all compile time dependencies into the output artifact which creates a jar that is nearly 80mb. The jar doesn't need to be that size, as all it needs to contain is the src set, and the compile dependencies found in build.gradle. This may be solved by pushing to the artifact to maven
