Add link to already rendered PDF versions in both Letter and A4 paper sizes #233

New readers may not be able to easily create such documents.

It would also be handy to have versions designed for two-sided use with wider margins to allow punching for binding in a loose-leaf note book.

I will be glad to provide English versions of such along with a Makefile to produce them.
