Training weights for speech model to fine tune for other language. #89

@haoheliu Dear brother, as you promised to release the weights for the fine tune, after paper publish. Is there any chance to have the weights of speech for fine tune? and is it possible to make additional fine-tune for other language ?
Please if possible guide and help. Also, if you can make flexible license for fine tuned engine? to make it possible to use it with less restrictions.
