Editing a post expands some characters into their HTML references #1

For example, a single quote becomes ' (which is an HTML Character Reference) and when you save the post the expanded form is retained, messing up the post.

The bug is present in the original code deiu/solid-plume

Note: Firefox 57.0.1 using a local node-solid-server.
