How do I connect the Harp Speaker to the Harp board?

Could you please clarify what do you mean by Harp Speaker and which Harp board are you referring to?

Thanks for your reply. I mean the Harp Behavior board, and the Harp speaker v1.2 that ships with the open ephys Harp Behavior Starter Kit : https://open-ephys.org/harp/oeps-9080

Do I just wire up the two screw terminals on the speaker to 2 of the digital output ports of the behavior board?

Correct. Connect the positive to one of the DO0-3 terminals and the negative to a ground terminal.
