Deployment and Development Notes

The Vercel deployment had some common challenges for serverless applications—mainly too much trial and error and not enough planning beforehand. With over 40 commits, it seems local testing was insufficient before deployment, which caused extra work.

A better approach would have been:

• Prototype locally before deploying.
• Follow Vercel documentation carefully.
• Set up CI/CD checks to validate deployments.
• Use a checklist or reference similar projects to avoid common mistakes.

All eight historical bug issues are now closed. The Historical Bug Fixes milestone remains open for documentation purposes.
