Harper v0.1.6 introduces Docker support with a multi-stage build and Compose setup, improving deployment flexibility. The database now uses WAL mode for concurrent access, and the init_db PRAGMA has been fixed for reliability.

The CI/CD workflow has been corrected to produce immutable releases, addressing the issue seen in v0.1.5. The project now pins Rust 1.82.0 for consistent builds. Various security and performance improvements make the agent more robust in production.
