Error on saving post to igtv

I was testing the new feature of saving post to IGTV and there is an error

• ERROR(202): Transcode not finished yet.
  <Response [202]>
  Can you please check that ?

I am also facing same issue of save post on igtv.
some time its work but most of the time it gives error.

did anyone try do mess with this line ?
