TIA: fix problems with HeaderRegex #45
Description
Header indicated in cppreference mean that that header should give you access to some standard library component,
not that it is necessarily defined there. Should ensure that that all checks out in TIA when analyzing usage of template instantiations w.r.t. checking that we refer to the right template.
