Add support for Minimal Proxy Contract

Problem

ERC-1167 specifies the concept of Minimal Proxy Contract.
Given the existing features for supporting contract proxy in Explorer, it would be fairly simple to extend them and support Minimal Proxy Contract.

This request is a follow-up from this discussion.

Solution

Extend current contract proxy features to support Minimal Proxy Contract.
