[Docs]: web_configuration block missing from aws_bedrockagent_data_source

Description

https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/aws/latest/docs/resources/bedrockagent_data_source#data_source_configuration-block is missing the web_configuration block, and https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/aws/latest/docs/resources/bedrockagent_data_source#type-1 needs to be updated to include all the valid values that PR #40711 added
