Missing "metadata" (MetricDescriptorMetadata) property in google_logging_metric's "metric_descriptor"

Description

While defining a metric, the default sample rate is 1 minute.

To have a more granular metric, one needs to specify the samplePeriod property in the metadata property of metricDescriptor.

The metadata property is currently missing from the metric_descriptor property of this provider.
