Handwritten resource

Details

Currently, the datasource documentation doesn't clearly state how to add beta-only handwritten datasources. We should clarify this. https://googlecloudplatform.github.io/magic-modules/develop/add-resource/ has similar language if we want to standardize on that, though it's also not super clear.
