Description

The google_security_scanner_scan_config resource appears to use the Web Security Scanner v1beta API. However, there's also a v1 API that's generally available (GA) and should be supported.

Also, the docs for the resource refer to the product as "Cloud Security Scanner" (incorrect) instead of "Web Security Scanner" (correct). And the links from the docs to cloud.google.com are broken; each link that starts with https://cloud.google.com/security-scanner should be updated.
