Is your proposal related to a problem?

When tracking a bunch of models, the subgraph name is added as a prefix by default. This works in most cases, but in some cases, we'd like this to be configurable since the prefix is added across many objects.

Describe the solution you'd like

add a config option, like prefix to supergraph.yaml, at the same time make it over-ride-able on the ddn update connector-link --add-all-resources command as well as ddn model add and ddn command add cli commands, like a --prefix flag or similar.
