Helm install fails with "hatchet-stack-api-migration" already exists

My environment:

Local: Macbook Pro M1 Ventura
Cloud: AWS EKS 1.27
Helm:

$ helm version

Steps to recreate:
Follow the self-hosted k8s deployment guide here. Receive error on Step 2:
