Some high-level objectives:

  1. Remove uses of TypedDict in favor of BaseModel where appropriate
  2. Enable the type checker to run on a bigger subset of files
  3. Add sensible defaults for currently-nullable function arguments, such as changing TriggerWorkflowOptions | None = None -> TriggerWorkflowOptions = TriggerWorkflowOptions() or some such
