Hotmail: ErrorHR: 80046703 #56

When I try any email with hotmail, I get an error

{"ErrorHR": "80046703"}

on this line:

verifyEmail/src/VerifyEmail.php

Line 284 in 347fec4

$json_response = json_decode($response, true);

This happens on all hotmail emails. I believe the validate_hotmail function doesn't work anymore.
