¿What is the issue?

Some algorithms are not achieving good performance.

¿How the issue happens?

When I load cube4.npy or spii15s.npy, I don't get optimal performance.

¿What do you think could be the issue?

It must be due to the compressive sensing basis representation is fixed. An option should allow the users to set the basis representation (such as Wavelet, Curvelet, or DCT).
