Support for Instant Mixes

As far as I can tell, instant mixes are supported by the create_station() API call; when AA is not enabled, this just returns songs from your own library. Not sure whether this would be best done from a context menu, or a dedicated menu entry at the start.

I would suggest to have this as a menu entry at the start that is playable like a playlist.

Just realized, that creating a radio station also seems to work with a track from My Library. Does this also work without an All Access subscription?

I believe that the same endpoints control both All Access radio (if you have a subscription) and instant mixes (if you don't). relevant: simon-weber/gmusicapi#263.
