Hello,

For directories with french chars I must convert NppFavorites.ini to ANSI to access for example to :
"I:\Sécurité\accès_serveurs.txt"

Confirm this issue, for cyrillyc letters too.
P,S, It seems that NppFavorites.ini is always processed as default system codepage text, not UTF-8. If it is so, it is not very hard to improve it.
