incorrect/bad tooltip when mousing over URL in selfhost/google api connection screen.

Describe the bug
while setting up a connection to self hosted google reader api, the mouseover tooltip text on the Endpoint field complains of missing email information. But this field is for endpoint URL, not an email address.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Preferences / Sync Account
2. Click "Connect" and add any url including https:// in the 'endpoint' field in : Self-hosted (Google Reader API) .
3. Mouseover the endpoint / URL field.
4. The tooltip roughly says, "Please include an @ in the email address .... is missing an @"

Expected behavior
I expect either a popup indicating well formed URL, or nothing at all, or similar. but nothing about email address.

Additional context
Purpose of this bug is to show the bad tooltip. But as a small extra note, FWIW I can't get Raven to connect to my miniflux google reader api, but it can connect to the same miniflux instance via fever. Which is similar/same as another open issue I've seen here. Currently it's always returning invalid credentials.
