The below gif shows resizing the window in Chrome.

As can be seen, each browser resizes the video feed and button pad differently. And it's not limited to those browsers; Safari mimics Firefox's behavior, while Edge and Arc mimic Chrome's behavior.

This should be addressed, for a consistent UX. In my opinion, Chrome's behavior is the deisrable one, because is doesn't crop user's field of view or hide buttons.
