[Question] is it possible to make applications without a rule wait?

for example if I run the google chrome installer simplewall will ask me if I want to allow/block it but before I can answer the connection will be already blocked and the installation will fail
other firewalls like comodo won't drop the connection immediately but they'll make it wait till I give an answer or till they time out
is it possible to do the same with simplewall?

Only firewalls with own driver can pause a connection. E g. Comodo Firewall, NetLimiter.

Limited Windows BFE mechanism problem, BFE can only send notifications after triggering rules
