[Feature] Allow (or Block) all apps from the certain directory

Problem you are trying to solve

I would like to block all apps from directory, for example,
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0
so I need to pick for a new rule EVERY executable from this path manually and keep this list of apps actual.

Suggested solution

It would be great to have a black-list option where user can specify entire directory path, and all exe from this dir will be blocked automatically (or rules created automatically).

Likewise, I would like to allow access for every app from
D:\Apps
just by specifying this path somewhere in "white-list" in simplewall, and simplewall can do the rest of the job.
