[Bug] Settings disabled in Blocklist get re-enabled and re-applied on system reboot / app restart

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Simplewall in Portable mode
2. Enable all 3 Blocklist options
3. Go to the blocklist tab and disable some of the rules (e.g. the ones with ips corresponding to linkedin.com)
4. Boot up your PC / Restart the simplewall app
5. The rules will be enabled again and will block any connection attempts to those ips.

Expected behavior

The blocklist rules which have been disabled should remain disabled even across reboots/restarts

Actual behavior

The blocklist rules which have been disabled get re-enabled after a reboot/restarts
