Suggestion: Add a potion blacklist

Some strategies are being developed where you always skip delivering certain orders (usually AAA and some variant of MMA, MAA, MMM, or LLL). It would be nice to have a sub-menu in the plugin panel where you can blacklist certain orders to turn them red in the menu, similar to how you can blacklist rooms in the CoX plugin. This would ideally also move them to the bottom of the order list. A checkbox toggle could also be added where if Mixalot is one of the orders, you ignore the blacklist function. This helps mimic the old "potion highlighting strategies" feature but with greater freedom and customizability.
