Ordering of categories #2

Right now ordering is pretty random / arbitrary. But with more links it would be convenient to make some convention. What do you think?
Is it would be better if it would be sorted alphabetically?
Or basing on popularity of given library?
Or what to do with "Reactive programming" category? Most of pages I've found which have in title "reactive programming" in JS are about Rx.js (though rules could apply to other libraries too). But I can't rename this category to Rx.js because this link is about reactive programming but in Vue style: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Cjb7Xj8fEI (but it's not Vue specific, just patterns one can apply in code).
