For some class quest & spell is missing

That was a pretty vague bug.

I have an example. If i make a Dranei Warlock. He doesn't get Gift of the Naaru. Makes the early quest to heal the broken guys on the floor not possible. I've confirmed that if i generate with an official Dranei Class combo i still get that spell.

This also happens with blood elves. I'll see if I can fix this
