Rewards settings do not update in the non-shift-click version of options in 2.1.58 qt6

Just downloaded this add-on so I'm not sure if this is intentional.

This option menu does not save any of my changes. If I close this menu and reopen it, it reverts to default values. The only way to keep setting changes is to use the shift-click option menu:

But I have no idea if this is just a visual bug, or if the add-on is choosing one of these sets of settings.
