PlacesAutocomplete says "loading" then quickly disappears. No addresses ever display

What is the current behavior?
Autocomplete form only displays loading for a short period of time then disappears. No address is ever listed.
Please help figure out how to debug this issue.
If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem.

What is the expected behavior?
Supposed to return a list of suggested addresses.
Which versions of ReactPlacesAutocomplete, and which browser / OS are affected by this issue?

Maybe this is why you are not getting a list of suggested addresses.
You need to enable billing on the google cloud project which requires a Phone Number and Payment Method. @jjennings803
